Annual Service Program

per year per property

Initial visit to the property to assess compliance and undertake the required maintenance in accordance with Australian Standard AS 1851.15.
We will then return to the property during the year prior to all new tenancies and/or tenancy renewals - at no additional cost, regardless of how many times we are requested to return to the property. This includes faulty call-outs and our after hours service including weekends at no additional cost.

• Free water meter reads - upon request
• Detailed Compliance Inspection Reports

Comprises all features of the Annual Service Program, but done on a once-off basis only. There are no ongoing services or obligations with this service.


Product Pricing

SmokeSec Services install only the highest quality Brooks Australia photo-electric smoke alarms. These alarms all come with an extended service life and a 5 year limited warranty.

NOTE: Regardless of the age of the property, smoke alarms in New South Wales can be
“hard-wired”, or powered by a battery (landlord’s choice).

* Prices listed for the 9v photo-electric smoke alarm and the 9v lithium 10-year smoke alarms apply when we install smoke alarms whilst at the property on an initial inspection, tenancy changeover, or lease renewal.
This also applies to any fire extinguishers and fire blankets.
If we are required to return to the property solely to undertake an installation of these products, the costs will be as follows:
9v photo-electric smoke alarm $59.00 each.
9v lithium 10-year smoke alarm $99.00 each.
Fire Extinguisher 1kg AB(E) $59.00 each.
Fire Blanket 1m x 1m $39.00 each.
